BFWCSA does not refund money on perishable items once transactions have been made. 

BFWSA does not claim liability nor responsibility for quality of perishable food products that have not been consumed within 48 hours of pick up/delivery.   

If the quality of the product has been comprimised due to circumstances out of the customers control aside from general shelf life decomposition please take a picture of the product and email it to bfwcsa.com with a brief description of damages. Upon reveiw and approval BFWCSA may offer replacement perishables.
